RBM is a family owned business run by husband and wife team Wally and Ranya Akacha. They are both professionals having a combined 22 years buying, running and selling their own businesses and also working in Senior roles in large organisations like Qantas Airways & Downer EDI. They decided to alter direction and share their passion of helping others.

Our aim is to get rid of “Mondayitis” for EVERYONE. So we work with business owners to create successful businesses that they love and help them create their ideal lifestyle. We also work with Corporates and mid tier organisations by helping them create high performing teams by running action based award winning programs.

We strongly believe that people are the most important asset to any organisation so we work with the leadership team in an organisation to reconnect, and re engage them to the organisation. We work with business owners to help them put systems, processes and plans in place to become successful. We also help keep them and their team accountable with regular one on one Business Coaching, Facilitating Leadership meetings and Mentoring of Key Staff. Our Dynamic GM service offering provides a more hands-on approach to supporting Founders & CEOs.

We are really passionate about business and read, learn and study it in our spare time! One of our favourite shows is Shark Tank for gods sake! We love supporting others to become successful and want to ensure that nobody is unhappy going to work – whether you’re working for yourself or for an employee.

Our one on one business mentoring is tailored to the specific needs of your business. We believe in live, face to face (where possible) interaction so we won’t sign you up to any online training or recorded webinars. It will always be with one of us LIVE.

Wally AkachaFounder
Wally Akacha has a degree in Civil and Structural engineering and has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. During this period he worked for large publicly listed Tier 1 construction companies like Leighton Contractors and Downer EDI.

Ranya Akacha is originally an Accountant by profession. She bought her first business, a Beauty Salon, at the ripe old age of 20. Since then she has bought, grown and sold 3 other businesses. She’s also had quite a successful 11 year corporate career.

Peter Fuller
Peter FullerAssociate
Peter has more than three decades of experience and a proven track record in the healthcare industry in established and developing markets. He held senior management positions over 15 years at Johnson & Johnson Medical ANZ prior to joining TYCO / Covidien in 1999 as Sales Director Australia /New Zealand. In 2006 he relocated to Shanghai China as Marketing Director Greater China. In late 2008 Peter moved to Singapore as Marketing Director Surgical Asia. In 2010 Peter took over responsibility for South East Asia as Managing Director and in 2013 he became Vice President Value segment emerging markets. In July 2014 he relocated to Johannesburg, South Africa to assume responsibilities as Vice President and General Manager, South Africa and Sub-Sahara, Africa responsible for Medtronic’s overall strategy and growth in Sub Sahara Africa markets.
Peter returned to Australia in late 2018 and aims to help businesses establish growth strategies to globalize technology and build sustainable organizations.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, major marketing from The University of Technology Sydney Australia.
Tony Poulton
Tony PoultonAssociate
Tony has had over 25 years senior management and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device healthcare sector, having been employed by major US multinationals operating in the ANZ market, including Merck Sharp & Dohme, Johnson & Johnson Medical, Covidien, Medtronic and Cardinal Health.

Tony has had first-hand experience in nine company acquisitions and has been directly involved in people, process and systems integrations. Tony has developed an empathic, but dynamic, leadership style influenced by both classic and modern management gurus including Peter Drucker, Stephen Covey and Simon Sinek.

Over his extensive management and mentoring career, Tony has used many professional development tools including Myers Briggs, DISC, Herman Brain Dominance Instrument and Situational Leadership.

Tony’s formal qualifications include B.Sc. (Hons), MBA and a Ph.D. Tony has also recently completed the AICD Company Directors Program and has achieved a GAICD qualification gaining Board level knowledge in governance, risk, strategy, legal and finance.

Tony’s current role is Managing Director of TechMed Strategic Services, a business that offers strategic planning, marketing and new product introduction services to healthcare companies.
