Our aim is to get rid of “Mondayitis” for EVERYONE.

RBM is a family owned business run by husband and wife team Wally and Ranya Akacha. They are both professionals having a combined 22 years buying, running and selling their own businesses and also working in Senior roles in large organisations like Qantas Airways & Downer EDI. They decided to alter direction and share their passion of helping others.

Our aim is to get rid of “Mondayitis” for EVERYONE. So we work with business owners to create successful businesses that they love and help them create their ideal lifestyle. We also work with Corporates and mid tier organisations by helping them create high performing teams by running action based award winning programs.

We strongly believe that people are the most important asset to any organisation so we work with the leadership team in an organisation to reconnect, and re engage them to the organisation. We work with small business owners to help them put systems, processes and plans in place to become successful. We also help keep them accountable with regular one on one Business Mentoring and Group Strategy Days.

We are really passionate about business and read, learn and study it in our spare time! One of our favourite shows is Shark Tank for gods sake! We love supporting others to become successful and want to ensure that nobody is unhappy going to work – whether you’re working for yourself or for an employee.

Our one on one business mentoring is tailored to the specific needs of your business. We believe in live, face to face (where possible) interaction so we won’t sign you up to any online training or recorded webinars. It will always be with one of us LIVE.

Wally Akacha has a degree in Civil and Structural engineering and has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. During this period he worked for large publicly listed Tier 1 construction companies like Leighton Contractors and Downer EDI.

Ranya Akacha is originally an Accountant by profession. She bought her first business, a Beauty Salon, at the ripe old age of 20. Since then she has bought, grown and sold 3 other businesses. She’s also had quite a successful 11 year corporate career.
